In 2011, Nick co-founded Sempre Analytics from his dining table with the belief that there was a better way to do business, and subsequently built Sempre into one of the largest IBM Analytics Partners in Europe. Nick underpinned Sempre's continued success and consistent growth with a great culture, effective governance and a robust Sales and Marketing methodology.
In the last 20 years, Nick has had the opportunity to work and excel in every kind of sales role and leadership positions, so has a unique insight into how businesses tick, having genuinely 'been there and done that'.
Nick chairs the Board at Sempre and spends the rest of his time working with other Founders and Executive teams, to implement strategy that aligns with their vision, as well as investing and advising in tech start ups.
In Nicks' spare time he loves to ski, hike and explore tourist-free, wildlife-rich, corners of the world. He also supports the fantastic charities Over The Wall and The Advanta Foundation, where he recently trained for Deloitte's Ride Across Britain.
Neil's career started at Deloitte, before founding and scaling Bedford Consulting in to one of Europe's leading Anaplan partners. Having learnt how to scale and sell the hard way, Neil now oversees continued expansion as Executive Chairman, as well as investing in, and supporting other tech and consultancy firms.

With a career spanning over 20 years in the Marines; Ross specialises in taking large scale problems, in difficult circumstances, where risk appetite is as low as possible, and turning them into operational successes. Ross works day-to-day with growing consultancies in the UX/AI space.
Dominique has spent her career driving operational efficiency into every business process; connecting internationally disparate teams, designing and supporting change management processes, implementing tech stacks and guiding leadership teams on how to deliver against strategic goals.
