Nick founded Vicit to help Founders and Executive teams implement strategy and deliver consistent growth, aligned to their vision. Nick also chairs the Board at Sempre Analytics, a data analytics consultancy, which he co-founded in 2011 and invests in technology start-ups in his spare time.

Neil's career started at Deloitte, before founding and scaling Bedford Consulting in to one of Europe's leading Anaplan partners. Having learnt how to scale and sell the hard way, Neil now oversees continued expansion as Executive Chairman, as well as investing in, and supporting other tech and consultancy firms.

With a career spanning over 20 years in the Marines; Ross specialises in taking large scale problems, in difficult circumstances, where risk appetite is as low as possible, and turning them into operational successes. Ross works day-to-day with growing consultancies in the UX/AI space.

Alvin's background is in high end ops management, with a career spanning over 20 years in various senior roles in Banking and Financial Services. At Vicit, Alvin runs business ops, ensuring we enhance our service to clients as we scale.

Leonie's experience is in organising bespoke high end trips (including both Poles), as well as charity expeditions and international photo shoots. At Vicit, Leonie manages our retreats, ensuring every single member has a hugely valuable and amazing time.
