Nick founded Vicit to help Founders and Executive teams implement strategy and deliver consistent growth, aligned to their vision. Nick also chairs the Board at Sempre Analytics, a data analytics consultancy, which he co-founded in 2011 and invests in technology start-ups in his spare time.

Neil's career started at Deloitte, before founding and scaling Bedford Consulting in to one of Europe's leading Anaplan partners.  Having learnt how to scale and sell the hard way, Neil now oversees continued expansion as Executive Chairman, as well as investing in, and supporting other tech and consultancy firms.
