ADVISORS

We are looking for industry-relevant experienced Advisors/NEDs to join our team either on a full-time or part-time, entirely flexible basis.  

Minimum Criteria:

  1. You have built your own business or run one in the capacity of CEO/MD

  2. Five years or more in an Executive Director role

  3. Non-Executive experience in one or more organisations working as an NED or advisor

  4. Demonstrable knowledge and experience of Professional Services and technology industry

ACCOUNT MANAGER

We have a full-time role open for a hungry, smart individual to work as an account manager, supporting our advisors in the great work they do with our clients.  

Minimum Criteria:

  1. Over 2 years experience of working with C-Suite / Founders

  2. Experience of working in a professional services organisation or a software firm

  3. Experience with multiple CRM platforms

  4. Demonstrable understanding of sales processes and systems

OPERATIONS MANAGER

We have a full-time role open for a hungry, smart individual to work as an Operations Manager, supporting our business growth by taking on, managing and enhancing our internal processes.

Minimum Criteria:

  1. Over 2 years experience of working in an operational role

  2. Business degree or similar

  3. Demonstrable experience of working cross-functions within a business

AMBASSADORS

Part-time, fully flexible roles available for people who are looking to help their network of business leaders grow their businesses more effectively.

 

A number of our clients are recruiting at the moment for sales leadership and management roles, reporting into CEO's.  Minimum skill levels are:

  • Over 5 years in sales management or leadership

  • Consistent track record of excelling against targets

  • Proven expertise building and managing business development and outreach functions

  • Demonstrable understanding of sales and revenue operations

  • Ability to objective analyse and critique performance
