Over 2 years experience of working in an operational role

Demonstrable experience of working cross-functions within a business

A number of our clients are recruiting at the moment for sales leadership and management roles, reporting into CEO's. Minimum skill levels are:
Over 5 years in sales management or leadership
Consistent track record of excelling against targets
Proven expertise building and managing business development and outreach functions
Demonstrable understanding of sales and revenue operations
Ability to objective analyse and critique performance
