Ayanda merges sales expertise with a human-centric approach to delivering service excellence. At Vicit, Ayanda focuses on generating and qualifying leads to build a robust pipeline, backed by her expertise in sales and team leadership.
Honing her skills over 4 years in the contact centre industry, she advanced from a Consultant to a Team Leader and then Junior Manager in record time while ensuring campaign targets and client KPIs were met, as well as leading her team to #1 in a 6-month sales drive. Her background also includes NHS recruitment during COVID, remotely connecting nurses and doctors to vacancies in the UK.
Currently finishing a Higher Certificate in HR Management, she lives by the mantra of "learning without limits"Â and tackles fears head-on, like enrolling in adult swimming lessons or taking up soccer as a weekend sport to get her adrenaline pumping.
Ayanda is motivated by her 4-year-old son and volunteer work as a Sunday school teacher. When not driving sales and analysing KPIs, she explores new adventures, spends quality time with her family and learns new skills that help her grow personally and professionally.
