MARK

Mark specialises in helping companies to articulate who they are and why they matter. Mark's career started in IBM before founding and scaling Neocol to one of the largest players worldwide in the Enterprise Content Management space. Mark is the founder of Beliyf.

CAMILLE

Camille runs recruitment & operations, supporting the delivery and effectiveness of our client programmes, working with clients to design and develop their talent and employee experience strategies. Prior to Vicit, Camille ran talent functions in tech scale-ups.

SIMON

Simon's career has been spent scaling and investing in technology, financial services and tech-enabled services organisations. Outside of this, Simon sits on the board of Advanta Wealth and Transparity, a Microsoft Cloud Service provider.

JOHN

John is one of our resident sales-op's expert and works to build in robustness into CRM systems like Zoho, HubSpot and Salesforce, as well as supporting our founder-led outreach programme

KM specialises in finding hidden talent, building out internal talent strategies and launching DE&I initiatives such as Women Returners, GAIN and Black Professionals Scotland. Prior to Vicit, KM worked for Aegon, where she was responsible for tech roles across Europe.

Charlotte specialises in helping organisations bridge the gap between sales and marketing by bringing a data-driven approach to brand-led performance marketing. Charlotte is the founder and CEO of Drew & Rose and an EO chair

NIGE

Having been in the Performance Management and Analytics industry since the mid 90s, Nige has seen it all. He has an incredibly extensive network and knows the industry inside out. Nige works with us to build out propositions for clients and identify potential opportunities.

LAURA

Laura brings more than 15 years of corporate leadership experience in private equity and accountancy, supporting leaders in working out what they need to do to become better leaders; how to grow personally at the same speed as their business.

MATT

Having previously grown and successfully exited 2 of his own technology companies, Matt now spends his time growing Sales Enabla and developing sustainable sales functions that support and propel growth.

AUGUSTO

Augusto runs Vivero, a specialist growth & M&A specalist. Augusto has started, scaled, acquired and sold multiple consulting and technology businesses in the UK and Australia.

LEONIE

Leonie's experience is in organising bespoke high end trips (including both Poles), as well as charity expeditions and international photo shoots. At Vicit, Leonie manages our summits & events ensuring every single member has a hugely valuable and amazing time.
