Prish isn’t your average recruiter, starting her career as a Civil Engineer before pivoting into HR in 2020. She credits this bold career reboot for her resilience and the confidence to take on any challenge, making her an agile, team-focused person who is driven to build strong, genuine connections with people.

Prish is passionate about the human element of recruitment and the fulfilment of being part of someone’s career journey. In fact, getting to do this on a global scale as part of a high-impact team is what drew her to Vicit, and we’re proud to have her join our own success story.

When she’s not sourcing talent for our clients, Prish stays grounded by spending time enjoying PJ-clad movie nights with her daughters, hitting farmers’ markets and creating crafts. If that’s not enough, she’s a self-taught baker who once ran her own pasty business known as The Frosted Panda, so you could say she’s a gifted baker and matchmaker.
