Set in the beautiful Spanish city of Madrid, this two-day leadership summit will give founders and owners the tools, knowledge and confidence to drive growth and achieve their business goals.

We meticulously choose interesting and outstanding locations, hotels and restaurants. All preferences and allergies are catered for, every venue is vetted beforehand, to guarantee the quality of your time with us.
 
Our team will be on hand to help with anything that you need, including our performance coach, should you wish to exercise or talk about health & wellbeing during the summit.
 
What is covered?
All keynotes, workshops and activities, hotel accommodation, food and beverages (including some alcoholic drinks). Flights and any transport to and from airports are not included.

Nick founded Vicit to help Founders and Executive teams implement strategy and deliver consistent growth, aligned to their vision. Nick also chairs the Board at Sempre Analytics, a data analytics consultancy, which he co-founded in 2011 as well as advising a number of other consulting or technology firms.

  • Cost considerations for building a sustainable, highly efficient sales function

In this session, they work with you to:

  • Ensure you are measuring what is necessary to successfully drive growth

  • Step you through what strong operational foundations look like

KM will step you through the core pillars of a successful talent strategy; how to build a highly motivated, diverse team of A-Players, how to manage and develop them and how to build a highly effective management team.

Review the days learnings whilst enjoying a fabulous lunch in the city.

Depart for return flight - or, optional - stay on until Saturday for additional dinner and evening (additional price)

We limit each summit to a maximum number who can attend, tailoring our agenda to the audience for maximum value.
 
To be eligible, you must be a founder or leader of a consulting or tech firm, with a turnover in excess of £1m (either currently or historically). We vet all applicants for suitability and fit with the audience. These summits are not an opportunity to pitch to other delegates.
