She combines deep industry expertise with innovative talent strategies to create sustainable talent partnerships that drive organisational performance and candidate success in the competitive EPM marketplace.

Trained as an architect, Camille swapped blueprints for talent strategies in 2015 when she moved to the UK, shifting her focus to building thriving teams instead of skyscrapers. Since then, she’s excelled at everything from agency recruitment to scaling fintech startups, including building our own talent resourcing engine at Vicit from scratch.

Cam is driven by helping companies lay the foundation for success through talent acquisition strategies that yield positive, long-term impacts. Her proudest wins include designing Vicit’s entire talent function and taking the initiative to launch a game-changing interview guide programme and running workshops for hiring managers during lockdown.

Taking inspiration from Andre Gide, who said “Nothing excellent can be done without leisure”, Cam spends her downtime taking her kids on thrilling outdoor adventures and engaging in adrenaline-pumping sports like skiing or kayaking, which have given her the resilience and discipline to push through any challenge that comes her way, in and out of the office.
