Jess Attree

With over 20 years of experience in Client Management, Operations, Performance Improvement and Marketing, Jess is our Swiss Army knife of service excellence. She oversees all activities of Vicit and its practices, developing our long-term goals and growth targets while ensuring that we run smoothly on a day-to-day basis and that we deliver maximum value to our clients across all our specialisms.

As Managing Director, Jess ensures we are set up for success operationally and able to support all of our clients as well as our staff, empowering everyone to capitalise on their individual strengths.

A Bristol University alum, Jess started her career in IT recruitment before going on to conquer the dynamic worlds of tech start-ups and eCommerce. Among her many achievements, she grew a startup to £2.5M in sales within 9 months, achieved a record year of sales for a Global Amazon account during the pandemic and launched and ran a successful eCommerce startup as the GM.

Never one to turn down a challenge, while working in Operations Manager roles, Jess has found herself developing skills in both Horse Racing Photography at Cheltenham Festival, as well as soldering skills to fix on-site DJ decks in rehearsal studios. We told you she was a Swiss Army knife.

Jess is driven by having a positive impact on people and is passionate about helping clients and teams alike to unlock their potential and achieve their goals.

Off the clock, you’ll find her at the gym, wandering Bristol with Bruce, her wirehaired dachshund, or spending quality time with close friends, ideally exploring new places with great food. Jess recharges her batteries with a good TV series like Parks and Recreation or catching up on the latest episodes of her favourite podcasts.
