As Vicit’s Sales Operations Administrator, John is the quiet force powering our sales engine. He thrives not just on managing our sales systems but transforming processes, training, reporting and data management.
John’s days revolve around strategising and optimising campaigns that turn leads into sales success for our clients. Backed by a BSc in Business and Management and a MSc in Strategic Innovation Management, John forged a successful career in the Retail and EdTech industries before finding his passion for Sales Operations, which sparked his journey to becoming a Salesforce Specialist.
Before joining Vicit in 2024, John racked up numerous wins throughout his career, like working on data migration between Zoho CRM and Salesforce and developing regional BLOC market research projects that unlocked profitable opportunities in Sub-Saharan Africa and MENA for a former employer.
John is laser-focused on evolving into a Salesforce Architect while soaking up Vicit’s collaborative energy, which he credits for sharpening his expertise in lead generation, process optimisation and turning raw data into founder-friendly insights.
When he’s not geeking out over data and dashboards, John channels his energy into Rugby matches, video games, gym sessions and catching up on the latest episodes of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. A London native who attended Navy school, John subscribes to a personal “no regrets” philosophy, so he balances his pursuit of personal happiness and career potential with equal enthusiasm.
