Kershni drives client acquisition and growth strategy, leveraging 15+ years of expertise across the banking and marketing industries. Her journey began at FNB, where she rose from Business Development Officer to Growth Specialist Manager, overseeing 98 retail branches and national sales teams. She later led multi-platform campaigns at Punch, spanning financial software, hospitality tech and loyalty awards platforms.


Her expertise blends Sales Leadership, Marketing Campaigns and Client Enablement. Kershni engineered FNB’s "Transactional Banking" product, launching 270K+ accounts in year one with 6% YoY growth, and secured #1 national team rankings for five consecutive years. At Punch, she navigated complex B2B outreach across diverse tech verticals.


Holding a BA in Business Administration, Kershni believes that relatability, humility and respect are the foundation of success. She joined Vicit in 2025, drawn by its growth potential and alignment with her finance-tech fluency. Beyond work, she volunteers as a church host and worship singer, thrives on sports and coffee dates, and lives by the mantra: "Do it to the best of your ability, always."
