Leonie McGuigan
EA & Events Manager
With an uncanny ability for turning logistical nightmares into seamless experiences, Leonie has spent years orchestrating everything from board meetings to the fastest land crossing to the South Pole. Thanks to Leonie, Nick isn’t just organised but keeps better time than a Rolex. When she’s not organising Nick’s calendar, you’ll find Leonie planning the most memorable, high-impact events for our staff and clients alike.
As a Geography graduate, it was natural for Leonie to take on the world, organising expeditions across the South Pole and even masterminding a life-changing trip to Namibia’s Skeleton Coast to deliver desalination gear to remote villages.
She also used her organisational superpowers in the corporate world, keeping global photoshoots and high-end holidays on track for companies like PUMA before joining Vicit in 2021.
Leonie credits her success to team empathy, problem-solving expertise and a mantra borrowed from Theodore Roosevelt: “Believe you can, and you’re halfway there.”
Off-duty, you can catch Leonie trail-running with her dog, spending quality time with her husband and two kids or devouring Elizabeth Day’s How to Fail podcast.
