With a decade of experience across BPO, tech and consulting, including founding a backup power venture, he’s honed a value-driven approach to commercial relationships.
His expertise in Strategic Sales Outreach, Lead Conversion, Business Development and Stakeholder Engagement was proven when he helped stabilise profitability for a 350+ FTE BPO operation through workforce optimisation and performance upliftment under high-pressure deadlines.
He holds a certificate in Contact Centre Support & Operations in addition to completing a Silicon Valley-designed B2B sales training programme. Matthew believes that his proudest achievements have come from consistency and hard work, and lives by the philosophy that "You can become anybody you want to be, all you have to do is decide."
Joining Vicit in 2025, he was attracted by its culture of creativity and trust to think like a leader. Beyond work, he co-founded nonprofit SEGOSA to mentor disadvantaged entrepreneurs, solves Rubik’s cubes in minutes and is an avid fan of films like The Big Short. A guitarist and chess enthusiast, he devours strategy books like Think and Grow Rich, finding real value and inspiration in their blend of psychology, business and strategy.
