With a career spanning retail, IT, construction and engineering, plus years running his own BPO practice, he’s the architect behind systems that make numbers work smarter.

His expertise spans Financial Planning & Analysis, Cost Management and Finance System Automations. In a previous role, he spearheaded an app automation project that revolutionised operations, inventory control and data in the retail space.

A qualified Professional Accountant with a BCom in Management Accounting and Honours in Accounting Science, Mitesh backs his strategy with impressive credentials, including Xero Certification, Sage ERP training and mastery of Power BI/SQL. His philosophy? Peter Drucker’s “What gets measured, gets managed”, a mantra he lives while designing dashboards that turn data into decisions.

Mitesh joined Vicit in 2024, attracted by the entrepreneurial energy and Nick’s leadership, which ignited his drive to innovate in finance. Beyond spreadsheets, he’s an aspiring electric guitarist and volunteer treasurer for a ministry.
