Sales Ops Manager

Naven streamlines sales processes and bridges departmental gaps as Vicit's Sales Operations Manager, ensuring tools, data and workflows align to drive revenue efficiency. With 17 years in the BPO sector spanning South African, US and UK campaigns, he brings deep expertise in sales strategy, team leadership and operational execution.


His career includes managing key campaigns for major brands like MTN and Vodacom at Ignition Group, overseeing US customer care teams at CCI and leading B2B sales initiatives at 2CanTalks across SaaS, fibre and tech consultancy verticals. Naven also brings recruitment and HR experience, having screened talent, managed payroll and supported internal promotions.


A two-time recipient of the Integrity Award at Alpha BPO, he takes pride in developing sales agents into leaders and building teams grounded in accountability. He holds an NQF Level 4 in Business Management and relies on tools like Salesforce, Slack and Zoom to keep operations seamless.


Naven is guided by the belief that “Leadership is not about being in charge. It’s about taking care of those in your charge.” Outside work, he enjoys car shows with his son and draws inspiration from action films like Fast & Furious, fuelling a performance-driven mindset both on and off the clock.
