As a legacy-driven leader, he oversees the delivery of personalised executive coaching and development, growth frameworks, operational support and specialised talent resourcing that empowers founders to scale with confidence and exit with both pride and profitability.

Nick’s journey began in 2005 deep in the trenches of Enterprise Performance Management and Analytics, sharpening his sales skills across a number of leading businesses. As a sales dynamo at Inca Software, he drove 80% of their revenue, only to walk away after a merger with Logicalis in 2011, convinced there had to be a better way to build a business. That conviction birthed Sempre Analytics.

Nick’s leadership saw Sempre explode into one of Europe’s top IBM Analytics Partners, expanding into EPM, automation and data integration. 

Nick ended up hitting walls every entrepreneur knows too well: burnout, bottlenecked growth, cashflow hurdles and the weight of being trapped as the perpetual “fixer” for every sales slump, hiring misfire and client crisis. After years of grinding, Nick realised that founders everywhere are stuck in the same trap, watching their exit dream fade.

He successfully exited Sempre in 2019 and decided to rewrite the founder playbook with the launch of Vicit, powered by a team of industry experts who shared his frustrations, and his vision. 

Today, it reflects his core belief that growth hinges on authentic conversations, whether advising founders or matching top-tier talent.
