As Chairman of Vicit, he collaborates closely with Nick and Jess to guide and support our team as we scale in a market where trust, engagement and exceptional delivery are non-negotiable.

A seasoned leader who’s navigated two management buyouts, several acquisitions and turned a £75M government contract into a £150M success story, Paul builds leadership teams that outlast market turbulence and helps design systems that make scaling feel less like a circus act.

Despite his remarkable business successes, Paul is most proud of the people he has seen grow and flourish over his four-decade career. He is deeply passionate about fostering growth and celebrating success, both within Team Vicit and alongside our customers. Building a business rooted in integrity and ambition is what drives him every day.

Paul believes in being the best you can be, so it’s no surprise he’s just as well-rounded outside the office as he is in it. You can usually find Paul practicing his swing on the golf course, hiking with his wife or exploring holiday destinations, which get bonus points if they have a vibrant live theatre scene. He’s an avid fundraiser for cancer research, an NLP Master Practitioner and, believe it or not, a qualified hypnotist - don’t worry, he’s not allowed to practice on clients.
