Zama drives pipeline growth as Sales Consultant, specialising in identifying and qualifying strategic leads to fuel enterprise sales cycles. With six years of sales experience, including two years managing teams, she brings expertise in R&D, ERP systems, QA and business development to her role.
Her career spans business development management in R&D sectors, where she led impactful campaigns for small to medium sized businesses. At Sage, she secured four meetings in two weeks for a struggling ERP campaign, while at Synertec she helped reverse low meeting success rates through targeted outreach.
Zama’s accolades include Top Performer, Top BDM and Top Quality Analyst awards.
Currently completing a BCom in Supply Chain Management, she also holds certificates in Occupational Safety and Digital Marketing. Zama lives by the mantra: “Grow daily, share freely, close boldly.” She joined Vicit in 2025, drawn by its collaborative environment, leadership authenticity and focus on professional growth.
Outside work, she’s a novel-reading foodie who spends time with her daughter for “power recharge” weekends. A former ballet dancer and nationally recognised swimmer, Zama also supports a friend’s organization providing sanitary products to schoolgirls, because she believes “women CAN!”
